With a unique mix of financial, operational, and legal expertise, Bill assists clients in planning and satisfying the financial needs of private and public companies. From early stage angel investing, conventional bank financing, and venture capital investments to mezzanine financing and initial public offerings, Bill’s career experience also includes co-founding a high technology company, coordinating management buy-outs, and evaluating and implementing mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures within the U.S. and internationally. He provides business advisory consulting to his clients.

Throughout his career, Bill has served in a variety of executive level positions including president, CEO, interim CFO, and general counsel for startup initiatives as well as software, information technology, supply chain management, hospitality, and entertainment services companies. He began his career as an attorney specializing in corporate law (mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures), litigation (actions before federal courts, state courts, and administrative agencies), and real estate (industrial, commercial, and residential transactions) and took multiple companies through the IPO process.
