CJ was a Senior Strategist and HR Business Partner at Intel for 18 years. There, CJ managed large, geographically dispersed teams with responsibilities for the delivery of all HR Services in the U.S., Ireland, Israel, India, Malaysia, and China. She held executive partnerships with Senior Business VP’s in the area of Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Information Technology managing the HR function for businesses ranging from 4,000 to 13,000 employees worldwide. Additionally, she was the HR Legal Investigations & Litigation Support Manager for both North and South America.
Most recently CJ was Director at Arizona Public Service managing the HR Business Partner function, Leadership Development and Team Effectiveness Consultants, and Corporate Strategic Programs including Leadership and High Performance Development, Succession Planning, Strategic Workforce Planning, Diversity and Inclusion programs and Organizational Health Assessments and Action Planning for APS.
