Lori Howard

Lori Howard is an accomplished senior HR professional with 20 years of experience in the retail and staffing industries which includes an extensive background working for Fortune 500 companies.  Most recently, Lori was the Director of Organizational Effectiveness at PetSmart, leading the OD, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Data and Analytics and Change Management functions of the organization.

Over her successful career, Lori has supported companies in achieving their strategic goals by providing simple solutions to improve organizational effectiveness.  She is a dynamic leader with the ability to build strong partnerships, listen to the needs of the business, provide results-oriented project management and deliver sustainable results.

 

Lori brings comprehensive expertise in the areas of Organizational Development, Performance Management, Associate Relations, Succession Planning, Talent Development, HR Data and Analytics, Organizational Assessment, Design and Restructuring, Employee Engagement, Executive Coaching, Organizational Strategy Development and Change Management. It’s Lori’s belief that companies achieve success through their people. Through her consultative approach, Lori develops thorough organizational assessments, facilitates discussions to determine root cause, and partners with senior leaders to determine simple, sustainable solutions which include comprehensive project and change management plans to ensure successful adoption.

Lori is an Organizational Development Certified Professional and is completing her Executive Coaching Certification program through the Institute of Organizational Development. Additionally, she is a MBTI Certified Practitioner. She is a member of the Arizona OD Network and the Arizona Human Resource Executive Forum.
