She also worked with the Saratoga Institute providing consulting services in the areas of human capital management, benchmarking and measurement, and developing effective retention and recruitment strategies for her clients. Sarah enjoys building strong relationships with her clients, getting to know their business and needs, and working hard to making the perfect match for them. When she’s not working at Fahrenheit, she spends her time managing a volunteer group that provides services to homeless students within the Richmond Public School system.
